RETURNS POLICY

It is so important to note that all yarn is not born from the dye pot equal, each item will take up dye in different ways and at different points so it is important that you either buy as much as you need from the same batch, as I may not be able to replicate the exact colour again.

Please also note that I have done my ultimate best to present the yarns true colours, however computer monitors, screens and phones will differ and you may find that your yarn looks different at home.

However, I want you to love your yarn and if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you are welcome to return it for a full refund, minus postage and any other relevant PayPal or card fees.

Custom orders, or dyed to order products are exempt from this and are non-refundable. Returned yarn must be returned in its original state and be fit for resale. To ensure it arrives back to me, I highly recommend using a tracked services, as it will remain your responsibility until it arrives with me.

If for some reason your yarn is defective or is below the quality you would expect, please contact me with pictures of the issue, so I can rectify the problem as soon as possible.
